UKMSC and PPUKM are two separate entity; located in the same building. UKMSC is a private wing unlike PPUKM which is a public/government hospital.

No. We do not have clinic on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Our clinics operate on Monday to Friday from 8.00AM to 5.00PM.

For cash payee, referral letter from outside clinic/hospital is optional. However, referral letter from panel clinic is compulsory for new patient who is using Guarantee Letter (GL) to get treatment in UKMSC.

No advance reservation can be made for admission but your request will be noted and our admission team will strive their best to meet your request. For inquiry regarding ward admission, please call our admission team at 03-9171 0141 / 03-9145 6288.

Upon availability of bed. The UKMSC team strives to have beds available with utmost urgency.

The visiting hours is as follows :

Only ONE (1) companion is allowed to stay with patient after 7.00PM (Sutera Ward, Songket Ward and Baldu Ward)
Only TWO (2) companion is allowed to stay with patient after 7.00PM Kristal Ward)

Your attending doctor have to liase with UKMSC Specialist/Consultant for case referral and approval.

You have to attend at least three (3) times pregnancy check-ups with our O&G specialist. The first appointment for pregnancy check-ups has to be made at least two (2) months before your estimated delivery date. Click HERE for appointment arrangement.

No, but patients need to make an appointment for Premier Package as the clinic team will need to book a slot for stress test at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz and Premier Package appointment is only available on Friday. Clinic is closed on Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.
