If you plan to seek health and medical care in UKM Specialist Centre through the coverage of your insurances, please contact your insurance representative to request for a valid Guarantee Letter (GL). Once an initial GL is obtained, please whatsapp your GL to us at +6012-9145762 & +6012-5658031.

Upon discharge/ clinic dismissal, please ensure your deposit payment receipt and other payment receipts are collected from UKMSC Payment Counter.

Receipt will be printed once per visit/admission only. Charges may apply for any additional receipt copies request.
